MiengCome (Lettuce Wrap with coconut flake & fresh herb)

Recipes

2 cups        Roasted golden brown coconut flake

1/2 cup        Unsalted peanut

1/3 cup        Shallot and young ginger cut in a small dices.

1 tbsp.        Thai chilies finely diced

4-5 heads    Lettuce or Belgian endive or Collard green

5-6 drops    Toped on each bite with “All Purpose Toi Sauce”

 

  1. Wrap the green leaf over like cone shape.
  2.  Put every 1 one of all 7 ingredients in green leaf cone.
  3.  Drop 5-6 “All Purpose Toi Sauce” for topping.

*Dried shrimp can be added.
