Recipes

8 oz    fresh rice noodle   

4 oz     extra firm tofu       

½ cup   vegetable oil   

1 tbsp.   chopped garlic *

1 tbsp.    chopped red onio *

1 Eggs

1 cup    bean sprouts *

1 cup    1 inch cut garlic chive *

½    “All purpose Toi’s Sauce”

Chicken or shrimps can be added *

* Optional

 

  1. Cut tofu in small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Put garlic, red onion and stir for 30 sec.
  3. 3.Then add tofu stir fried for 1 min.
  4. Put the fresh rice noodles, stir fried and quick fold.
  5. Add “All purpose Toi’s Sauce” mixing together then put

eggs and stir fried for1-2 mins.
