Pla Lad Pik (Deep-Fried Fish with Spicy Gravy)


4 pieces      Fish fillet (any kind of firm fish)

½ cup      fresh red peppers, green peppers

½ cup    onion

1 tbsp    cooking oil

2 cups    “All purpose Toi’s sauce”


  1. Deep fried fish fillet.
  2. Stir:fry Sliced red peppers and green peppers.
  3. Pour “All purpose Toi’s sauce” on top of fish when ready to serve.
